UPersona is a Palo Alto hair salon run by its owner and founder, Nicole Fike. The salon works mostly with busy professionals in Silicon Valley and aims for color and cuts that grow out gradually, so clients need fewer appointments and less daily styling.

Every visit starts with an in-depth consultation about lifestyle, preferences and goals. The salon's own consultative process, called the UPersona Method, has five steps: lifestyle analysis, face shape and color analysis, maintenance planning, personalized haircut and color design, and long-term hair strategy. It also includes styling guidance and product recommendations for keeping the look at home.

New clients are welcome, and a custom color plan is included. Color corrections begin with a detailed consultation to review hair history, condition and goals, and may take more than one session.

Parking is free and there is an EV charger. Amenities include WiFi, a snack bar, TV and disabled access. Booking hours on the booking platform are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted, and appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel. The salon is not listed as kid friendly, and English is the listed spoken language. Phone: 650-507-6848.
