Color work includes toners that take about 20 minutes, root touch-ups, and all-over color on a Davines system with a low-chemical formula. For lighter results, the salon offers low-maintenance blonding using subtle foils or lived-in balayage, along with bond builders and a custom gloss and blowout. Luxury blonding can be done with balayage, foils or teasylights, and the stylist chooses the technique.

Extensions are available the same day. The salon keeps three lengths in stock in more than 20 shades, and installation takes about two hours. Tape-ins, tape-in rows and sew-in nano wefts are on hand, while custom curly extensions must be ordered in advance. Free consultations are offered for extensions and luxury blonding.

Haircuts are shaped around face shape, hair texture and lifestyle, and include a luxury shampoo and conditioner. Smoothing options include Cezanne, Sweet and Brazilian treatments chosen to match the hair type, and the salon says these results last three to five months. Permanent straightening uses formaldehyde-free OXO Organic or Qiqi systems. Hair masks from B3, Olaplex, K18, Davines or Shu Uemura can be added to any visit.

Appointment changes need at least two days' notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are requested, and cancellations within 48 to 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service cost, and after two missed appointments without notice, future booking is blocked. Clients running late are asked to text the salon so the schedule can be adjusted. Free parking is directly outside, and a garage across the street offers three-hour parking.

Color is mixed with low-chemical formulas and bond-building products, and the stylist chooses the technique that suits each client. Consultations are free for the services that need a plan first, such as extensions and luxury blonding.
