The menu covers full and dimensional color, balayage and foil highlights, keratin smoothing, silk presses and blowouts, extension installation and removal, cornrows, boxer braids and updos, locs and loc color, scalp treatments, bridal trials, and a precision beard trim. The portfolio also includes men's cuts and children's cuts, styles and color.
Color is made without ammonia, PPD or resorcinol, and the salon describes its color services as non-toxic. Root, full and highlight color use O&M Clean Color, and a root color option uses CHI products. The Cezanne keratin treatments are formaldehyde-free, and clients are asked for a patch test 48 hours before their appointment.
The LaTone Tree Method uses individual pick-and-drop braids made with 100% human hair, which the salon sells only through Afhair. The salon says its extensions are light and blend in seamlessly.
Many services take a deposit, and cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged the full appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.
