Extension work is the core of the business. The owner, Annette Marie Curtis, hand-crafts each bond or I-tip so it matches the density of the client's natural hair, and she sources the extension hair herself. Extension hair is bought separately from the installation and chosen at consultation. Pricing covers the whole look, including washing, prep, installation, cutting, blending and styling, rather than individual pieces. The salon describes its extension work as luxury, custom and transformative.

Every new client books a complimentary 30-minute consultation before any extension service can be booked. The visit covers hair goals, method options, color matching and a package price. Most prices are starting points that move with hair length, density and the result the client wants. Extensions typically need salon maintenance every 4 to 10 weeks depending on method, and with care they last 6 to 12 months.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes highlights, balayage, baby-lights, toners, glosses and grey-coverage root work, along with blow-dries, hair treatments and cuts for mid-length to long hair only. The salon describes its service as a luxury hair experience. A complimentary Quiet Luxury appointment is available for clients who want a calm visit with little conversation.

Visits are booked online through Square at any hour, and a valid card must be kept on file. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee. Extension appointments take a deposit that is applied to the total but is non-refundable. Adjustments are free within 7 days of service and are charged at normal fees after that. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm; the salon is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Children, babies and dogs are not permitted, except service dogs.

Extensions are built by hand and matched to each client's hair density, with the owner choosing and sourcing the hair and shaping each bond or I-tip.
