Cutting and styling draw on modern techniques from around the world, including the methods of Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy. Stylists keep their skills current through in-salon training and at international academies, including Sassoon, Schwarzkopf and Toni & Guy.

Haircut prices start at $75 for a men's cut and $95 for a women's cut with a Stylist, rising by level to $295 for a Director Stylist; these are minimums, and the price quoted at consultation may be higher because of extra time and materials for the hair's condition, length and volume. If the price goes up, a written quote is given before the service starts. Color appointments begin with a conversation with a colorist about options and, if wanted, a color recommendation. New color guests are strongly encouraged to book a free in-person consultation first, and to add a Fusio-Dose or Olaplex treatment 48 hours before their first color service. Gray blending for men starts at $110 with a Stylist, single process root touch-ups at $145, single process color at $170, and highlights or lowlights at $335, balayage at $375 and full highlights at $375, with toner and Olaplex included in the highlight and balayage pricing. Color correction, blonding and fashion color are quoted on request. Toning as an add-on starts at $60, an Olaplex add-on at $60 (about 15 minutes), and a Fusio-Dose add-on at $50 (about 5 minutes).

Open every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm except major holidays, and closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The final women's haircut starts at 9:30 pm and the final men's cut at 8:45 pm. A late guest can still be served if seated in a stylist's chair within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made within 24 hours is charged 50% of the scheduled price, and a cancellation within 12 hours or a missed appointment is charged the full price. Moving an appointment to another day is treated as a cancellation. Payment is accepted by cash, debit, NFC mobile payment, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
