Facilities and services are grouped into Facials & Skin, Waxing, Intimate Care, and Experiences & Packages. New facial clients begin with a full consultation and skin analysis, and each facial is adjusted to the client's skin, moving through cleansing, exfoliation, treatment and hydration. Facial options include the Radiance Signature Facial (a 75-minute customized facial starting at $89.60), the HydraFacial (an 85-minute treatment with vortex-fusion extraction, resurfacing and oxygen-infused hydration, $210), the 65-minute Oxygen Infusion Facial using pressurized oxygen and bioactive serums ($147), and a Gentlemen's Facial that includes exfoliation and LED light therapy ($125). A 45-minute Express Facial and a Back Treatment are also offered.

Waxing is offered from head to toe, with hard wax and roll-on wax used for larger areas such as full leg hair removal and chest waxing. Intimate Care includes several Brazilian options, a Vagacial that combines high frequency, steam, enzyme treatment, extractions and a mask, and an Ingrown & Dark Spot Treatment. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch and to avoid exfoliating products and retinol for two to three days before a wax.

Occasion-based bundles are grouped under Experiences & Packages. The Birthday Glow Experience combines a brightening facial, an underarm wax and a gift card, and clients receive $10 off during their birthday week. The Bridal Radiance Package brings together an underarm wax, a HydraFacial and a half-leg wax. The DUO is a two-person session held in a suite. The Serenity Experience is a soft-touch facial paired with brow or lip grooming, aimed at mature skin, and it can be booked at the studio or at community events.

Clients book online through a live calendar on the booking page. Some services and packages require a deposit to hold the appointment, and a deposit is still due when a coupon or voucher is used. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with varying hours, and is closed Monday and Saturday.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with an emphasis on comfort, education and real care, and the studio states there is no pressure or upselling.
