The salon is a designated System Professional salon and carries the System Professional line of professional and home products. Its EnergyCode personalized diagnosis app from System Professional is used to help guide product recommendations. Home-care products on the shelves include Wella Professionals, MoroccanOil, DevaCurl, Nioxin and Innersense.

Pricing uses a three-tiered structure that reflects a stylist's experience and advanced education, and prices are given by phone quote. Clients may receive services from more than one team member during a visit. New clients book by calling, while registered clients can text or book online.

D-Studio is a semi-private suite a short walk from the salon. It offers classic and spa manicures and pedicures, gel, shellac, French and artistic finishes, acrylic sets and repairs, eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, and facial, body, bikini and Brazilian waxing. D-Studio also offers a Private Party Glam package of custom hair, nail and lash services for groups, bridal parties and girls' nights out. D-Studio appointments are by appointment only and require a booking fee.
