The salon's stated mission is to give women knowledge and skills that build confidence and self-efficacy, and it aims for long-term relationships with clients, with a personalized treatment, style or weave planned for each person.

Services are by appointment only, and each visit is one-on-one. The salon describes its visits as spa-like and relaxing. Booking is available online, by phone, or by text, and online booking will not schedule a visit that would run past closing. Deposits are non-refundable and apply only to the reserved date and time. Accepted payment includes cash, Cash App, credit card and Zelle, and some services may be eligible for HSA or FSA payment depending on the client's plan.

Much of the work is scalp-focused. Consultations include a scalp and hair assessment with digital microscopic analysis, and therapeutic scalp services range from scalp irrigation and ozone cleanses to exfoliation and an advanced detox that is listed as the first phase of the restoration programs. The salon also offers Advanced Follicle Technology therapies such as low-level laser, red LED, needle-free mesotherapy, oxygen infusion and galvanic DHT scalp infusion, priced at $65 each, several of which are recommended weekly. A three-part strengthening series called the UHE Rebond therapy is available as well, with a prepaid strength option and a commitment plan.

Hair services include weave installs, extension work, color, cutting, styling, braiding and wigs. Weave installs take a minimum of four hours and use hair supplied by the client. The salon says it guarantees hair will grow on its weave installs, and it describes its Seamless install as its signature natural-looking option. It is also a distributor of the Adore J'atore Hair Collection of raw virgin Indian human hair extensions. A separate wellness division offers ZYTO bio-communication scans and a 90-day lifestyle program for weight loss, and the salon states these services do not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care.
