Services are planned for everyday life as well as occasions. Guests can book fashion-forward looks, wash-and-go styles, polished professional finishes and special-event styling, including bespoke bridal and event updos. Cuts are customized precision cuts finished with a blow dry.

Color covers a wide range: gloss for shine and tone, full and partial foil highlights, balayage, dimensional color built on a base shade with hand-painted or foil highlights, platinum blonding, face frame highlights, fantasy color for bright and custom shades, and corrective color, which is priced by consultation. The salon says its color team has over 100 years of combined experience and that it uses R+Color products, which it describes as award-winning.

Major transformations begin with a complimentary consultation with a stylist, booked by phone. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice. A fee of half the booked service price applies to late cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Services are not refunded, and retail products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
