About
Angela Taormino is the proprietress of Union Beauty, where she works as master stylist and colorist. She opened the salon in Park Slope in 2013 and brings more than 20 years of professional experience. She began her career at Antonio Prieto Salon in Chelsea, where she rose to color director, and later worked at Whistle Salon in the East Village. She books clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Her advanced training includes Aveda Institute, Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Eufora, Goldwell and R+Color. Her specialties are customized curly haircuts, customized dimensional color, natural lived-in blondes, and wash-and-go pixies, bixies and shags.
She places value on getting to know each client and welcoming them into the salon community.
