The menu runs from quick hair removal to longer skin treatments. The Signature Facial includes an in-depth skin consultation, a cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, a recovery mask and LED light therapy, and the listed price covers all of it with no added fees after the treatment. Signature and Express dermaplaning, a seasonal Pumpkin Brightening Facial, and brow and lash services such as brow tinting, brow lamination and a Korean lash lift round out the facial and beauty side.

Hair removal is offered by sugaring and by waxing, with options from a chin or lip to a full Brazilian, and bundles that combine the lip, chin and nose areas or pair lash and brow services. Facials are available to pregnant and breastfeeding clients, with products and a treatment table suited to them.

A visit starts with an intake form sent two days before the appointment. Clients should reach out at least 24 hours ahead to avoid cancellation fees, and arrive no more than five minutes early. One companion may join, since the room has a single chair, and kids, family and friends are welcome. The lobby is open, but the inner door stays locked, so clients dial 107 on the keypad and press call. Pets are not allowed, except service animals. Clients using retinol, AHA or BHA products are asked to stop them 48 hours before waxing and one week before a facial.

The studio aims for a calm, safe and relaxing setting, with a focus on helping clients feel good in their own skin and make time to recharge.
