The facial menu runs from a deep pore cleansing and a custom facial, which begins with a cleanse, steam and skin analysis, to DermaRadiance, a microdermabrasion treatment that uses botanicals to exfoliate. The microdermabrasion with enzyme peel is the salon's house special and includes LED red light therapy. The Photon facial with oxygen pairs light therapy with oxygen infusion, and the City Glow facial uses GHK-Cu.

Lash services include three full-set mink extension styles (classic, volume and hybrid), fills for all extension types every two to three weeks, and lash lamination, which is suggested about every six weeks. Brow services include brow lamination or tint and eyebrow shaping and waxing, with the option of a color tint that lasts three to six weeks.

Waxing is a large part of the menu, from small areas such as the ears, nose and chin to full arms, legs, back and a full body wax. Brazilian options include a standard Brazilian wax covering front and back, a Manzillian for men, a Vajacial and a prepaid package of three Brazilian waxes. Tanning is done with a Norvel Venetian solution, with Tanning Thursday offered on Thursdays only.

The salon is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can reschedule. Memberships and gift cards are available, and Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
