Facials are customized to each client. New clients have a 10 to 15 minute consultation as part of their first facial, so a separate consultation is not required. The Halo Glow Custom Facial is a 60-minute treatment, and the Total Reset Custom Facial is a 90-minute treatment that the studio calls its most-loved. The Silk & Stars Dermaplane/Enzyme is a 60-minute treatment that combines facial therapy with dermaplaning. Teens with congestion, oiliness or breakouts can book the 60-minute Moon Beam Teen Facial, which includes skincare basics. The Total Reset Skin Series is a structured three-step, 90-minute facial series, and the Halo Glow Skin Series is a 60-minute series.
Brow and lash services include lash lifts, brow lamination, brow tinting and shaping, and a combined Gravity Lift Duo. The waxing menu covers chin, lip, brow, underarm, bikini, Brazilian, full face, full arm, full leg and full body waxes, along with the Moon Beam Vagacial and Brazilian Duo, a post-wax treatment.
Studio Glow Club ($165 per month) and Studio Glow Elite ($300 per month) are memberships that include monthly custom facials, priority booking, 20 to 25 percent off extra services and a birthday spray tan. Membership benefits apply automatically at checkout. The Melt Into Mars Relaxation Ritual is a 95-minute package priced at $275.
The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 6 PM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation inside that window is charged 50 percent of the appointment total, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full total. Gift cards are sold in $100, $125, $160 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
The studio describes its facials as results-driven and combines several techniques within a treatment. Its philosophy centers on clients feeling safe while they are in its care.
