The salon welcomes men, women and children, and offers haircuts for the whole family at one location, from young children to teens and adults. Services for men and boys include adult cuts, beard trims and bald man cuts, and there are bangs-only cuts for children and adults. The salon is a member of the Children with Hair Loss organization. It says its stylists are state licensed and hold standard industry certifications.

For color, whole head color starts at $60 and may cost more for long or thick hair, while a retouch is $50 and a custom color is $120. Highlighting and lowlighting options include full head foil starting at $90, partial head foil at $80, cap highlights at $70, dimensional color at $12 for each additional shade, and toner at $50. Perms come in a regular version at $65 and a long hair, piggy back or spiral version at $95, both with a haircut and finished style. Updos are $60 for the first hour plus $10 for each half hour after. Deep conditioning and the Malibu 2000 treatment are $15 each.

Hair extensions are by consultation only. Machine and hand-tied wefts, tape-in, halo and curly hair options are available, and the $30 consultation fee is applied to the purchase and is non-refundable. The salon also offers bridal and special occasion updos and makeup.

Manicures and pedicures include polish only, regular and hot oil manicures with polish, classic and express pedicures, and a spa pedicure with exfoliation, along with French manicures and nail art. The salon says its licensed stylists have extensive nail care expertise. Eyebrow and lip waxing are $15 each. Makeup services include full face application, which takes about 45 minutes to an hour and a half, eyes-only application, bridal and event makeup, everyday makeup, lessons, contouring and highlighting, and false lashes. Clients with allergies or sensitivities are asked to mention them before makeup is applied. Clients may bring their own products, and the salon uses professional-grade cosmetics suited to all skin types and tones. The salon says its licensed stylists have extensive makeup training.

Appointments are required, and bookings are made by calling (616) 534-7038. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, cash and check is accepted.

Recommends a manicure every one to two weeks and a pedicure every three to four weeks, depending on nail growth and hand use.
