A first-time Twist Cut takes at least two hours and includes curl coaching, a Spa Mist treatment, a custom cut and a personalized Curl Care Card to take home. A consultation form is emailed two days before a first visit. Clients are asked to avoid heavy oils and butters for two weeks before a Twist Cut and to arrive with hair dry in its natural texture. Lasting results depend on keeping up the at-home routine. Free street parking is nearby, though the spots in front of the salon have a two-hour limit.

Between full cuts, returning clients can book an Express Twist Cut, a dry trim of up to an hour with no shampoo or styling, for clients within six months of their last Twist Cut and trimming no more than three inches. A Mini Twist Cut is a ten-minute trim for an area such as face-framing or bangs, available within ten weeks of a full cut and limited to one per cut cycle. Color services include root touch-ups, a gloss-and-root option, lived-in highlights, partial highlights and custom color sessions, and a free consultation is offered before any specialty color service.

The salon uses and sells Innersense Organic Beauty products and gives hands-on education on clean products and home-care routines. It is Certified Sustainable through the Green Circle Salon Recycling Program and says it recycles 98% of its salon waste, including hair clippings, excess color, metal, plastics and single-use items. The salon also describes itself as zero waste. Prices vary by stylist based on experience and may change with above-average product use, time or detangling.
