Clients book online through Square and choose their service on the booking page. Each service is listed with its name and price, and clients are asked to check both before confirming. Services shown as a price range have the final price confirmed before the appointment begins. Clients who already wear extensions are asked to check fill or removal options before booking a new set.

Extension sets are maintained with refill appointments scheduled at two, three or four weeks, and the price rises with the interval. A one-week refill is available within 7 days of a Twinkle appointment, excludes bottom lashes and is not available for Anime / Manga designs. Anime / Manga sets include one refill within 14 days of the original full set for $75; after 14 days or that one refill, a new full set is booked. Lash removal is listed at $20, but it is complimentary for extensions applied at the studio when the client returns within two months.

For brows, the studio describes its services as a tidy shape, a soft color or a fuller-looking finish. Brow Cleanup removes stray hairs around the existing shape without mapping or reshaping. Brow Shaping adds mapping and shape design, and the tint and lamination options add those treatments on top of the shaping step.

Each service is offered as a defined option with its own price and, for extensions, a set refill schedule, so clients can see what they are booking before they confirm.
