Co-owner Janell Waddington describes Twigs as her own project, one she has developed for fifteen years. Kristiana, also a co-owner, has spent the last fifteen years at the salon, and Julie is the other co-owner. The team includes Anne, Brandy Rhoads and Janell, each with a separate focus.
The menu sits under one hair category and covers cuts for men and women, single process and double process color, foil and ombre highlights, balayage and hair painting, semi-permanent gloss, keratin and deep conditioning treatments, extensions including shrink link and halo styles, and event styling. Every color and highlight service is custom-mixed for the client.
Prices and services vary by stylist, so each stylist's booking page has the details. There is no receptionist. New clients who need help matching with a stylist can email the salon. Clients are asked to keep phone calls out of the salon, though texting is fine, and children under 12 need a supervising adult who is not the client, since the salon is not set up to entertain young children.
Color and highlights are built for each client, and stylists operate as independent professionals who set their own hours.
