The menu is grouped into hair care, color, haircuts and styling. Color work includes personalized color, healthy blonding and extensions, alongside cuts and everyday styling. The salon describes its services as luxury hair that fits into clients' real lives.

Visits are planned around the service. Most appointments require a deposit, and a cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours ahead means the deposit is kept. Blowouts are not included with color services and are booked separately. Some visits run long: Japanese straightening takes about 3.5 hours for a touch-up and about 4 hours for the whole head, both including a haircut, and AirTouch balayage takes about 3.5 hours. A men's haircut is booked by phone.

Stylists choose retail products from the Wella Ultimate Repair line to send clients home with. Master-level color and cut services are priced above the standard versions of the same work.
