Brow services cover waxing, threading, semi-permanent tinting, all-natural henna and brow lamination, and several of these can be combined into one visit. Lash services include lash fills for clients still within a few weeks of a set, and classic, hybrid, volume and custom sets. Volume sets use handmade fans placed on individual lashes, while custom sets are shaped to the client's style and eye shape.

Makeup services range from virtual and in-person bridal trials to soft and full glam looks, with mink strip lashes used in both glam services. Bridal clients receive a detailed day-of contract, a skin care routine to prepare with, and one check-in call before the wedding. Clients who want to learn can book a one-on-one soft glam class, bringing their own makeup bag, or buy a full kit list ahead of the session.

Booking requires a deposit on most services, typically between $15 and $80 depending on the service. Payments run through the booking platform, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, or no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 5 PM to 9 PM, Friday 3:30 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
