BROWZA has two locations: one on Gov Morrison Street in Charlotte and one on Porters Neck Road in Wilmington. Services are grouped into brow, lash and waxing menus, and several treatments can be combined in one visit.

The brow menu includes shaping by waxing or by tweezing alone, brow tinting, brow lamination and brow henna. Brow lamination always includes a tint, but booked on its own it does not include shaping. Henna can be booked alone or added to shaping or another service.

Lash options are eyelash tinting and a lash lift with tint. The deluxe lash lift comes with a full-size aftercare product. Facial waxing covers the lip, chin, nose and whole face. Nose, chin and whole face waxing are add-ons that must be booked with another service, while lip waxing can be paired with a single brow service or a combination service.

Clients are asked to prepare in advance: stop retinols or dermatologist-prescribed brightening treatments before brow services, and avoid retinoids and high-dose AHA or BHA products above the cheekbones for seven days before brow waxing. Lash clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, and lash lift clients without contacts. Afterward, brows and lashes should stay dry for 24 hours following lamination, tinting, or a lash lift and tint.

The Charlotte location is listed as open Monday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Clients receive preparation and aftercare guidance for brow and lash treatments, including products to pause and activities to avoid around each appointment.
