Haircuts come in 60, 75 and 90 minute appointments, and the length you book depends on your hair density and how much change you want. Color is organized by where the color goes: all-over color, dimensional lightening placed around the head, and corrective or transformational color for bigger shifts. Dimensional services all include a gloss and blow dry.

New clients complete a new client form before booking and upload two to three photos of their current hair along with two to four inspiration photos. Drastic changes, corrective work and removing previous color require a consultation first. Color prices are starting prices and can rise with the amount of product and time used. Haircuts booked with any color service are $10 off, and a base touch up booked with a highlight or balayage service is $30 off.

A credit card must be kept on file to schedule. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours notice carry a fee of half the service cost, and clients who cancel the day of or miss an appointment may be refused future service. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals may get a shorter service or need to reschedule. Adjustments to cut or color are free if the stylist is told within seven days of the visit. Refunds are not offered on services or retail. Clients must be 18 or older, and children, extra guests and pets cannot join appointments, though ADA-approved service animals are welcome. Booking is done through the online link on the website.
