Inquiries receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours to arrange a consultation, though submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an appointment, which depends on availability and approval. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair free of oils, dry shampoo or heavy conditioners, and every client receives a personalized aftercare guide. Studio hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Calls and texts go to (918) 894-5522.
The studio describes itself as Tulsa's premier extension studio. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a third-party financing provider. Cherry makes the credit decision, not the studio, and Cherry's page says applying does not affect credit and that 0% APR plans are available subject to eligibility.
Methods are chosen only after the hair has been assessed, and each set is built for the individual client rather than from a template.
