Kim Freeman and Randi Marshall founded the salon together. They had been friends and coworkers for 25 years before opening it, and between them they have more than 50 years of industry experience. The salon describes its co-owners as among the most elite, expert stylists in Tulsa.

The salon's mission is to give its stylists room to grow as high-performing hairdressers, built on education, color and clean products. The team hopes each appointment becomes a highlight of a client's day, whether the client is trying a current trend or refreshing a signature look.

Services are offered a la carte. Color starts at $60, Color Gloss is $35, and Full Head Highlights start at $110. Chemical services carry an additional $15 product charge, perms add $15 and keratin treatments add $25. New client haircuts, hair painting, re-texturizing perms, keratin relaxers and extensions begin with a consultation. Appointments are booked through the salon's online page and held with a credit card. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, with 50% of the service cost charged for a day-before cancellation and 100% for a same-day one. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

The team keeps its haircut and color training current with industry standards, and the salon uses earth-friendly, clean green products.
