Color is a core part of the menu. The salon uses Aveda full-spectrum hair color, which it describes as up to 98% natural, along with eco-friendly dyes. Options include balayage, ombre, baby lights, foil and partial highlights with placement tailored to each client, gray coverage, gray blending and dimensional color. For corrections, the salon offers color removal, toning, bond strengthening and Color Cleanse for removing artificial color.

Extensions are a specialty. The salon uses and recommends Balmain extensions made from 100% human hair, and most colors are in stock and hand-blended to match. A consultation comes before any installation, and a complimentary check-up follows about two weeks after installation. The installation deposit is non-refundable and equals half the estimate. Extensions are guaranteed for six months. The salon says its staff are certified in several application methods and that it has more than 20 years of experience with extensions. It does not use tape systems.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any change. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a rebooking charge equal to the value of the services requested. Appointments can be confirmed by phone, email or text, and appointments started more than 15 minutes late may be shortened, have services removed or be rescheduled. Prices may vary with hair condition, length and density, and blonding is priced after a call for an estimate.
