Massage options include Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Relaxation Massage, plus specialty massages that can be combined with optional add-ons. Facials come as Advanced Facials, a more relaxing and targeted treatment, or as the Tula Facial, a simpler service that the esthetician tailors to each client's skin concerns.
Eyes and brow services include henna brow tint, lash lifts, and lash lifts with tint. An Ellebana lash lift takes about 30 to 45 minutes, or about an hour with tint, and typically lasts six to ten weeks depending on the person. A repeat can be booked after at least six weeks. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to remove contact lenses during treatment. Listed contraindications include eye infections, recent eye surgery, product allergy, and first-trimester pregnancy. Energy work uses Reiki and other practices that the spa describes as gentle and non-invasive.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 9pm, Wednesday 2pm to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 8pm. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email, and the spa suggests starting complicated bookings by phone. Browsing the shop without an appointment requires a free Shopping Pass booked online or a call before visiting. Gift certificates can be bought online or in store, are non-refundable, and can be used on any goods or services. Online certificates can be emailed to the recipient, and printed ones can be mailed on request. Changes or cancellations need more than 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged the full reserved service fee to the card used to book, including same-day bookings. Clients receive appointment reminders 48 hours ahead by email and text.
