Erika is a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner at Tula Spa in Minneapolis. She trained at Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota, with a focus on Swedish and deep tissue massage, more than twelve years ago. Her deep tissue massages blend Swedish and deep tissue techniques.
She picked up soft tissue methods, including deep tissue work, cupping and gua sha, by observing practitioners in chiropractic and physiotherapy. Reiki training is still in progress for her.
