Facials are tailored to each client and use premium ingredients for the face and body. Options range from an acne facial and dermaplaning to glass skin, hot stone, microneedling and lymphatic drainage facials, with massage also offered. The Premium membership is a deep cleanse with extraction, suited to beginners and low-maintenance clients. The Exclusive membership targets acne, melasma, pigmentation, dark spots, mature skin and dull, uneven tone, and includes an upper body and head massage. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, bikini area and feet, and manicures and pedicures are available. Permanent makeup results typically last one to five years and usually need a touch-up session; bookings are made by phone.

Makeup services include event makeup, stage and film makeup and hair, and bridal makeup application and hairstyling. Wellness Wednesday and Weekend Packages are offered in salon only and bundle services such as a head spa with a foot treatment or makeup with hair. Digital e-gift cards are sold through the website. Treatment beds have a stated maximum weight capacity of 440 lbs. The salon is open daily, from 8 AM on Sundays and Wednesdays and 7 AM on other weekdays, closing at 8 PM except on Saturdays, when it closes at 7 PM.
