New clients can book the New Client Full Repair, a visit of about 150 minutes that includes a hair and scalp consultation, a scalp detox, a Hydrasilk two-step treatment, a trim, a blowout and style, and an at-home care plan. Refreshments are offered during that visit and during the 8 Week Reset for returning clients.

Booking terms are set out on the site. New clients pay a deposit at booking, ranging from $40 to $150 depending on the service. Cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment carries a fee of 75% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment.
