The menu is weighted toward braiding. It covers boho box braids and boho knotless braids, small, medium and large knotless braids, traditional box braid singles, Fulani braids, feed-in and crochet styles, and two-strand twists and cornrows for men. Locs get retwists with or without styling, and there are color services including root touch-ups, all-over color, peekaboo highlights and color correction.

Outside braids and color, the studio offers haircuts for kids, women and men, including men's fade cuts, along with silk presses, a flexi rod set, relaxer retouches and several conditioning and protein treatments, including a K18 treatment. Weaves and sew-ins are offered as well, with maintenance on sew-ins done by the stylist herself.

Visits are scheduled with time gaps between appointments. Color consultations are required for new clients and for current clients changing their color; these take place by text and photo, not on the day of the appointment. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, and appointments outside those hours can be requested by text.

The studio focuses on creating and maintaining healthy hair and gives each client their own appointment time so no one is rushed.

The salon aims for a peaceful, unhurried feel where each client has their own allotted time.
