Extension work is a large part of the menu, including sew-in weave, tape-in installation and removal, Insta-locs and wefting. Several extension services are listed as Dream Catchers certified. Many braid and extension services require a deposit, and some, such as butterfly locs and certain extension work, also require a consultation first. The salon also offers color services such as toner, root touch-ups, foil highlights and color correction, with color not booked after 4pm.

Consultations are a set part of the booking process. A free consultation is for questions only and has to be done in person, while an extensive consultation is listed at $25. Same-day or last-minute bookings require a phone call first. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after which the appointment may be canceled with 50% payment due. Clients who are not regulars pay in cash, and cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are accepted. Deposits count toward the balance and are non-refundable, though they can be moved once to another appointment within 48 hours.

Extra fees apply to some bookings: a $300 travel fee for house calls or on-site styling, $50 for before-hours or after-hours appointments, and $150 for a day-off appointment. Basic curls are included in a service, while detangling, wand curls, cuts and trims are charged separately.

Treatments range from deep conditioning and hot oil to K18, aquatic mister and light-based treatments. A thermal straightener treatment is listed at $200 and, according to the salon, lasts three to four months depending on hair texture. The owner sells her own Signature Loc and Twist Gel, which is alcohol-free, along with a Shine Spray and a Dry and Itchy Scalp Oil. The salon also runs classes, including a loc maintenance class at $225 and a crochet class at $395.

Natural hair is the center of the work, and consultations come before complex or long-term services.
