The menu is organized into groups: color, haircuts, locs, natural hair styling, hair maintenance, men's braids, children ages 4 to 10 and consultations. Color services range from color refreshes and root touch-ups to highlights, balayage, full blonde and lightening-and-color appointments. A color consultation must be booked before any color service, and consultations are also offered for natural hair, color and color correction.

Natural hair styling includes wash 'n go, flexi rod sets, silk presses, two strand twists, foundation braids and cornrows or braids on natural hair. Locs work covers retwists with or without styling, and starter locs, which use an even number of locs and include a clarifying shampoo. Men's braids can be done with the sides shaved as an option. Clients can book through the salon's online calendar, which opens on the first of each month; appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a charge, and arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $15 fee.

Services are shaped around the health and curl pattern of each client's hair, with an emphasis on education and protecting natural strands.
