The menu covers cuts, color, styling, blow-outs, undercuts and extension application. Color is mixed with Tutto, Redken ShadesEQ, Pravana and Pulp Riot. Men can book cuts with line-ups, skin fades, beard trims and straight razor shaves with hot towel prep. Children's cuts are offered for clients up to 15, and a first haircut is free. The salon also handles weddings, including bridal hair and makeup, bridesmaid and mother styling or makeup, flower girl styles and trials. Stylists will travel to venues within 25 miles for $50 per stylist, with extra fees beyond that distance and on holiday weekends. Venues should have a getting-ready space with outlets, vanities and lighting. Bridal parties of any size are welcome, and about 90 minutes per person is suggested for wedding hair and makeup.
Extension work begins with a consultation, which is required before any application. Hair extensions are 100% human hair in lengths from 14 to 24 inches, applied sewn, K-tip, beaded or with V-Light, and they generally last 6 to 12 months with proper care. Move-up appointments are booked every 6 to 8 weeks. After a keratin fusion or tape-in install, clients should wait 48 hours before washing, then wash no more than three times a week. Eyelash extensions start with an initial set, followed by refills every 2 to 3 weeks; oil-based makeup removers and skincare should be avoided.
Booking requires a credit or debit card online. A 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations may be charged 50 percent of the service. No-shows are charged the full amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may get a shorter service or need to rebook. Non-refundable deposits apply to extension installs, new-client creative or corrective color, and longer or specialty appointments. Guests attending with a client must also book. The salon accepts major cards, cash and Venmo, and card payments carry a processing fee. If a client does not like a service, the salon will redo it when raised within 7 days. Patch and strand tests are available for chemical services.
