The salon aims for a hair salon experience that feels safe, creative and relaxed. Clients can book online, through a free mobile app, or by phone at either location. Both salons are open Tuesday through Thursday until 8pm, with Chesterfield open Fridays until 6pm and Manchester until 5pm. Both are closed Sundays, Mondays and every other Saturday.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. A free consultation helps a client choose among bonded or K-tips, tape-ins, hand-tied wefts, machine-made wefts and V-light extensions. The salon uses Great Lengths for semi-permanent, natural-hair bonded extensions in lengths from 8 to 24 inches, and Halo Couture for tape-in, hand-tied and at-home install options.

Weddings can be booked in the salon or on location, starting with the wedding planner form on the website. Options include bridal hair and makeup, a practice session, a groom's haircut, and add-ons such as lash and eyebrow tint, manicures and pedicures, facials and spray tans. Wedding parties pay a 50% deposit to book, and gratuity is not included in wedding pricing.

Stylists who are recent cosmetology school graduates complete a three- to six-month in-salon training program before working on commission. The team receives free education, including quarterly visits from national artists to the salon. The salon says its team is highly trained and award-winning.
