The salon focuses on haircutting, custom color, highlights, balayage, fashion colors, Foundation Method extensions and facial waxing. New clients book a free 30-minute color consultation before any color service. Extension work also starts with a free 60-minute consultation for new clients, and extensions are priced per row with the hair cost billed separately. Payment plans through AfterPay are available for services over $500, such as extensions.

Men's services include cuts with a hot towel and neck shave, beard trims, a 15-minute scalp massage and camo color for grey blending. Longer scalp massage treatments with shampoo and blow-dry are also offered. Brazilian Blowout smoothing takes about two hours and clients are asked to contact the salon before the appointment for maintenance guidance. Cancellations need a call or text to 314-766-0129 at least 48 hours ahead; a 50% non-refundable fee applies to missed appointments without that notice, and clients who miss without contacting the salon will not be booked again. Booking outside normal hours carries an extra fee, and time requests not shown online can be made by calling or texting the same number. An online store is open around the clock.
