Color options run from root retouches and single process color, which changes shade or covers gray without bleach, to custom vivid color and partial or full foil with gloss or toner and a styled finish. Extension work includes partial and full tape-ins, and weft or microlink installs, which attach without glue or tape. Hair is not included with extension services. Clients with high-density curly, coily or kinky hair are directed to the silk press, which includes a haircut.
Every service begins with a consultation, which runs about 30 minutes or more, starts at $50 and is used to talk through hair goals, condition, options and pricing. The consultation fee is applied to the service the client books. Clients who use Olaplex need a consultation before booking the Hair Botox smoothing treatment, which is priced by hair length and density.
Booking is handled through the GlossGenius page, and calls or texts to 508-916-7833 are preferred. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period, and to avoid Google Maps for directions, since it may send them to the wrong location.
New client deposits are $20 for blowouts, $25 for Vivid Pops of Color and $50 for weft or microlink installs. Deposits are non-refundable and count toward the total. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, 50% of the appointment is charged, and a new deposit is needed to rebook. Payment is accepted by card, cash, Venmo and Cash App, with a fee for the card reader, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
Each visit starts with a consultation to set goals, assess the hair's condition and agree on options and pricing before color, extensions or treatments begin.
