The menu covers a wide range of textures and looks, from cornrows, two-strand twists and starter locs to silk presses, roller sets and wash-and-go curl definition. Extensions are a major part of the work, including sew-ins, tape-ins, K-tip and keratin bond extensions, and micro weft installs, along with removal, refresh and maintenance for hair already in place. Larger installs can run for several hours.

Extension clients should plan ahead. Specialty extensions require a paid consultation before booking, and that payment goes toward the appointment. Raw Vietnamese, Cambodian and Chinese hair is available by pre-order only, and orders must be placed at least seven business days before installation. K-tip orders are made to order and need the same notice.

Booking works on deposits. Each appointment is confirmed with a $20 deposit, and blocks of four to five hours need a $75 deposit. No appointment is fully confirmed until the deposit is paid, and deposits are non-refundable and apply only to the original date. Remaining balances can be paid in cash, Apple Pay or Zelle; invoice payments add 3.5% plus $0.15. Clients running late should call 30 minutes ahead, and no late fees are charged, but bookings more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled. Changes within 24 hours need stylist approval, and most add-ons cannot be added on the day of the appointment.

Every appointment starts with a five-minute consultation with the stylist. Timing and some prices are set after the stylist assesses hair length, texture and complexity, so the booked time is an estimate.
