The menu covers several areas. Color services include balayage, highlights, single-process and single-process highlights, corrective color, and gloss and toner work. Braiding includes knotless braids, sew-ins, loc maintenance and hair extensions. Creative color offers vivid tones, unicorn hair looks and color intensity. Specialty services include the Smoothing System, relaxers and hair treatments, and event styling is available for weddings, special occasions and private events.

Consultations are required for new guests, for major color transformations and before any creative color service, and advance booking is recommended for event styling. Appointments can be booked by phone or online, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve by phone or online. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. A 15-minute grace period is generally allowed for late arrivals, though clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to rebook and may face the cancellation fee. Tips can be given directly to the stylist, who can say which payment forms they accept. E-gift cards are available. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm, with Sunday through Tuesday closed.
