The color menu covers balayage, glaze, root retouches, and several levels of custom blonding: face-framing pieces at the hairline, a particle version through the crown, sides and top, and full-head blonding. Hair services include adult and children's haircuts, barbering, shampoo styles, iron styles with or without a cut, and quick nape and bang trims.

The studio uses Goldwell for color and carries Goldwell styling products alongside KMS. The salon describes Goldwell Color as offering exceptional shine and longevity. Retail shelves include KMS HAIRSTAY hairspray, Goldwell Ultra Volume products, KMS ThermaShape 2 in 1 spray, and Goldwell Curls & Waves products, which the salon notes are not only for curly hair.

A last-minute cancellation or no-show that happens more than once is charged at 50% of the scheduled service. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 12:30 P.M. to 9 P.M., Tuesday 10 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Friday 11 A.M. to 4 P.M., and Saturday 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.; the studio is closed Thursdays.
