Services are chosen around hair length, texture and the look a client wants. Curly and wavy cuts have their own menu entries, with the curly cut designed for naturally curly, coily and textured hair and the wavy cut tailored to wave pattern, density and shape. Clients who are unsure what to book can call the salon for help.

Color ranges from a gloss refresh and root touch-ups that cover gray regrowth up to partial and full custom color, plus blonding with a cut and style. The salon also offers HBXN packages, which are set-price, set-timing appointments for existing clients, and a full custom reset for new clients that runs about six to eight hours. Services that use K18 or Redken products are noted on the booking menu.

Extensions are sew-in rows only, offered in one, two or three rows, and the salon does not accept outside extension brands. Extension clients need a consultation before booking when hair must be purchased. Clients can relax, chat, bring a laptop or read while they are in the salon.
