Every facial begins with double cleansing and a skin analysis, followed by exfoliation (with extractions when needed), a custom treatment mask and facial massage. The Express Facial is 30 minutes for $70 and does not include extractions, while the Power Hour is a 60-minute custom facial for $90 and the Extended Facial runs 75 minutes with arm and shoulder massage for $100. The Anti-Acne Facial takes 60 minutes for $95, and a series is recommended. Peels include glycolic (30%), lactic (20%) and a cranberry turnover peel (20% salicylic), and the Organic Glass Skin Facial uses Esthemax Korean skincare formulas over 60 minutes for $100. The Upgrade Hour, at $110, pairs a Power Hour with an eye rejuvenation treatment and an organic almond scalp treatment.

Hair removal covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian areas, priced from $10 for toes to $105 for a full leg and bikini. The salon calls its Brazilian its number one hair removal service and its Brazilian Facial its number one body treatment; both the Bikini Facial ($70) and Brazilian Facial ($85) target ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation over 25 to 45 minutes. Before an appointment, hair should be at least two to three weeks or a quarter inch long, clients should gently exfoliate 24 hours ahead, and they should avoid self tanners, body sprays, deodorants and topical creams. Afterward, the studio advises avoiding tanning, sun bathing, hot tubs and saunas for 48 hours, and hot baths and exercise for two hours. Maintenance every three to five weeks is recommended. Body treatments include the Five Star Treatment ($50), which combines scalp, hand and foot work, and the Dry Brush Treatment ($55). The Grapefruit Glow BodyWrap ($95, 50 minutes) includes dry brush exfoliation, a grapefruit scrub, a wrap, scalp massage and body butter, and the Beyond BodyWrap ($120, 50 minutes) pairs a grapefruit wrap with an organic almond scalp treatment under LED light.

The lash lift uses the Elleebana system to give lashes a gentle curl without permanently changing their shape; it is not an extension treatment. It takes 45 minutes for $75, and adding a tint brings the visit to an hour for $90. Brow and lash tints are described as toxin free and vegan based, and the henna brow tint uses natural henna dye suited to sensitive skin. Brow lamination uses a liquid keratin and silicone protein composition, lasts up to two months and is priced from $55, $75 with shaping, or $90 with shaping and tint. The salon calls brow lamination with shaping its number one lash and brow service.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to change or cancel; late changes incur a fee of 50 percent of the appointment charge, and no-shows are charged the full price. Clients arriving 15 minutes late (10 for shorter appointments) are not seen. Credit cards are required at booking to hold the reservation. Arrive no more than 10 minutes early, since sessions include the advertised time plus 10 minutes for first-visit paperwork, dressing and consultation. Major debit and credit cards and cash are accepted, personal checks are not, and tipping of 15 to 20 percent is customary but optional. First-time clients get 15 percent off their first service when they mention it at booking, and returning clients get 10 percent off when they book their next visit at the end of a service. Retail returns are store credit only, and gift cards come in $25, $50, $100 and $200 or custom amounts.
