Textured hair is a particular focus. The texture menu covers curl definition, silk presses, full and partial perms, full and partial relaxers, retexturizing treatments and customized textured cuts, with heatless dry texture cuts and natural textured styles also offered. Color work spans balayage, full and partial foils, face frame highlights, clipper and all-over foils, color correction, color retouch for gray and grow-out, and short hair color.

Facials begin with a skin analysis, and extractions are included as needed. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute extended custom facial, and microneedling is offered as a single session or in 3- or 6-session series. Head spa treatments combine deep cleansing, scalp massage and conditioning, with a menu that includes the Signature Japanese and Luxury options.

Color estimates may be given during a consultation. Most color services are priced from $60 to $150 by service tier, and corrective color is charged hourly after consultation, so listed prices are starting points. An $8 Green Circle fee is added to each salon visit to fund recycling and waste management, and it is not included in the listed prices. The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays, with a later Thursday close at 9:00PM.
