Hair appointments begin with a consultation. The Haircut suits straight to slightly wavy hair and includes a consultation, precision cut and finished style. Curly haircuts add a wash, conditioning, styling, curl education and product recommendations, with curls diffused and styled rather than blown out or flat-ironed. Coily and specialty cuts are for very coily, very thick or very long hair, or for clients making a major change. Clients who had a cut at the salon within the past four months can book an express cut, which covers a consultation, cut and product advice but no wash. Custom color is planned at a consultation, where clients can bring photos; the exact quote depends on the starting point and the result wanted, and a nonrefundable $100 deposit is taken when booking the final color service. Braiding is also quoted after consultation at $65 per hour with a 30% nonrefundable deposit, and updos are styled in the salon.

A New Client Facial is a 75-minute customized visit starting at $180, while the 1994 Signature Facial is a 60-minute treatment for returning clients at $180. A 30-minute Mini Facial is $100 and the Acne Facial, priced at $125, combines exfoliation, specialized masks, high frequency and LED light for acne-prone skin. Microneedling starts at $250 and follows a prior consultation. Brows and lashes include shaping, lamination, lash lifts and tints, and a hybrid stain. Facial and body hair removal specializes in sugaring, with some waxing also offered; spray tans are $55 and use DHA.

Booking rules are worth knowing before a visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment cost. No-call, no-show clients pay the full cost. First-time chemical service clients pay a nonrefundable $100 deposit that is deducted on the day. Guests cannot accompany clients, except a helper for a person with disabilities or a parent or guardian with a small child, and pets are not allowed. Services are not refunded, but clients unhappy with a result can contact the salon within seven days. Trade and space rental requests go through the FAQ.
