Visits start with a consultation, which the salon uses to help choose a service and shape a personalized hair plan. Bookings are made only through the online scheduler; questions before booking can be emailed to travis@travisparker.com, as there is no phone support.
The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes or cancellations made with less notice are charged the full service price, and no-shows are charged the full price of the appointment.
An automated Wait|Cancellation List notifies clients when an opening matching their preferences becomes available.
