Every appointment starts with a consultation. Color clients get a strand test on virgin or heavily colored hair before the color service, and the salon keeps a formula card on file for each color client so root touch-ups match the last full color. Full color changes and corrections are often split across two visits, and color correction begins with an assessment of what is already in the hair, since box dye can react unpredictably with professional lightener.

Color work covers dimensional and all-over color, root touch-ups, gloss and toner refreshes, balayage, air-touch and full blonding. Head spa sessions begin with a scalp analysis and are adjusted to whether the scalp is dry, oily, sensitive or balanced. Clients are asked to arrive without washing their hair first, and the cadence of sessions is set after assessing the scalp in person.

A credit card is required to reserve every appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Business hours are Monday through Thursday and Sunday 10am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Color decisions start with the client's history, hair condition and skin tone, with formulas tested against hair porosity and history before anything is mixed. Hair is styled to suit the individual client, looking at face shape, hair structure, texture, lifestyle and the feel they want.
