Hair by Dulce is the business of independent stylist Dulce Ramos, who works from Suite 102 at Salon World Suites on South Highway 101 in Solana Beach. Services span cutting, coloring and highlighting, extensions, conditioning treatments and special occasion styling.

Dulce began her career at the flagship Gene Juarez Salons and Spas location in downtown Seattle and has worked as a hairstylist since 1998. Her training includes hair coloring and hair extensions, and she holds certification with Easyhair Pro Extensions.

Color services include full and partial foiling, balayage, bleach and tone, gloss or tone, all-over custom color, color touch-ups, men's camouflage color and corrective color. Corrective color requires a consultation before booking, and consultations are complimentary. Rates and booking are handled by Dulce directly.

Mobile styling for weddings, bridal parties and events is available at the client's location, with a travel fee that starts at $25.
