The spa does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is tailored to the guest's body and to the stress they are carrying. The massage menu is wide, covering Signature, Sports, Oncology, Lymphatic, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Couples, Body Polish and Vital Flow, Body Buff and Targeted Tension Reset sessions. Oncology massage is adapted to each client's medical history and treatment side effects, and prenatal massage is performed by certified prenatal therapists. Lymphatic massage is a light-pressure therapeutic massage rather than a deep tissue treatment.

Facial treatments are performed by licensed aestheticians, from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 75-minute Dermaplane Facial with LED red light therapy. Several facials use Sorella Apothecary or Farmhouse Fresh products, and the massage oils include Body Nectar, Wild Nectar Body Oil and Prossage Warming Oil. Lash artists offer Classic, Hybrid and Volume looks, and a full set of extensions takes up to two hours.

Appointments are by appointment only, and a waitlist is kept for preferred therapists or times. Clients can request a preferred therapist when booking, subject to availability. Booking is available online through Vagaro, where a first online visit is 10% off, or by phone during office hours. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a 50% fee, and parties of three or more pay a 50% deposit when booking. Memberships and gift cards are offered. The business is an 18 and over environment, and minors are seen only at a healthcare provider's request, with a guardian present and appointments made by phone. Some medical conditions may need a doctor's clearance before a massage, and clients are asked to disclose conditions before a session.

The salon says it was named Best Spa in Baltimore 2025 by Baltimore Insiders. It also says it is a finalist in two categories, Spa of the Year and Massage Therapist of the Year, in the Vagaro Iconic.26 Awards.

The spa says it does not use one-size-fits-all treatments and tailors each session to the guest's body and stress, with the aim of supporting health and wellness goals.
