The facial menu starts with a one-hour custom facial tailored to each client's skin concerns, which includes massage for the face, decollete, and arms and hands. A 45-minute dermaplane uses a sterile blade, described as medical-grade, and includes cleansing and closing products. A dermaplane or peel can be added to any full facial for deeper exfoliation. The BioRePeel, a 35% TCA peel with BiPhasic technology, is described as targeting hyperpigmentation, melasma, fine lines, texture and acne. It is offered as a single treatment or as a series of three, spaced about a week apart, and is not offered to clients who are pregnant or nursing or who have TCA allergies. LED light therapy uses blue, red and near-infrared wavelengths and is described as FDA-cleared and UV-free. A four-treatment LED package is available, with one session each week.

Brow services include brow lamination, which relaxes and shapes brow hair and includes a tint and wax and lasts around 4 to 6 weeks, and semi-permanent tinting in shades from dark blonde to black, which lasts around 4 weeks on brows and 6 weeks on lashes. A lash lift and tint is customized to natural lash length and lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Classic semi-permanent lash extensions can be adjusted for curvature, length and diameter and need fills every 2 to 3 weeks. Fill prices depend on the timing of the fill, and a new full set is about two hours. Full-set appointments require a nonrefundable $100 deposit, and extension prices are a starting point that may change depending on retention at the time of the visit.

Bridal packages include the Glam Bride and the Boujee Bride, which bundle lashes, brows, skin care or makeup with a bridal makeup application and trial in studio. Packages must be booked 8 weeks ahead for Glam Bride and 10 weeks ahead for Boujee Bride, and are for the bride only, subject to group minimums and not modifiable. Travel fees are not included. Cancellations or reschedules made the day before or the day of an appointment incur a fee of 50% of the booked price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling with a fee. Products and services are not returnable or exchangeable under the brand's policy.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and lash needs, and the studio emphasizes sanitary practice, with soy-based antimicrobial wax and sterile dermaplaning blades.
