Bond-in services cover bobs, closures, frontals, half up-down styles and a 28-piece short cut. Traditional, closure and frontal versions include a braid down, installment and basic styling, and the closure and frontal options add lace customization. Lace work covers full lace installs and reinstalls. A reinstall needs a wig that is washed, cleaned and dry, with no holes, tears or bald spots, and a new cap.

Locs appointments range from kids partial and full retwists to starter locs, instant locs, loc extensions and retwists that run from ear-length to mid-to-lower back. Retwists include shampoo and conditioning, with deep conditioning on several longer styles. Starter and instant locs require a consultation before booking, and loc reattachment or extensions use added human hair.

Appointments open on the first day of each month for the month after. A $30 deposit holds a booking, while certain lace and sew-in services require a $35 deposit instead, which can be moved once within the same month if the client gives at least 48 hours' notice. Card payments carry a processing fee of $5 to $10, and the rest of the bill must be settled in cash or through Zelle. To confirm a booking, clients supply their full name, phone number, email address and a valid ID. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace window. Once 15 minutes have passed, the booking can be cancelled or a $25 late fee applied, unless the client gave advance notice. Only people receiving a service may come in, as space is limited.

Each service has a stated duration and price, and a consultation is required before some of the more involved loc and instant install work.
