The menu is built around braids and twists in many sizes and lengths. Knotless braids run from extra small jumbo sizes up to extra large jumbo, and Goddess and Boho braids come in sizes from jumbo to extra small. Other offerings include traditional box braids, braided bobs, feed-in and stitch braids (including serpent or Medusa braids), island and passion twists, crochet styles, faux locs, Knot Bob invisible locs, and men's styles such as plaits and man buns.

Loc care is a separate area of the menu, covering retwists, starter locs, comb coil, two strand twist and loc detox. Kids styles and kids retwists are offered for children ages 3 to 14, and touch-ups and take-downs are available for existing braid, loc and sew-in styles.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed and detangled, though a wash and deep conditioning can be added. Most braiding styles include hair supplied by the stylist; faux locs do not, but faux loc hair can be supplied for an extra fee. A consultation is required for anyone whose hair is under 3 inches long and for all starter loc services. Clients are asked to send style photos before the appointment and to share any known product or oil allergies.

A Beginners Personal Hair Care 101 class is offered for $175. It covers washing, detangling, parting, blow drying, beginner braids and product recommendations. Hair color options are also listed, with the basic color choices free, custom color at $20, and ombré from $10.
