Hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with appointments taken seven days a week.

Braid work covers cornrows, box and knotless box braids, Ghana and feed-in braids, bob braids, boho or Bora Bora braids, tribal and Fulani braids, French braids, lemonade braids, male braids and kids braids, along with braid removal and take-down. Twists, locs, crochet, sew-ins, wig braid-down and shampoo services are also offered. Many braid styles are priced without hair, so clients buy their own hair, and hair must be pre-stretched before the appointment or a $20 fee applies.

Appointments are booked only through the Book Now link on the salon's Vagaro page, not by direct message, text or Google. New clients pay a deposit at booking, and the amount depends on the total price of the service. New and last-minute clients are welcome. Prices are not given over the phone and are shown per service in the booking app; they depend on hair length, age and desired braid size.

A visit can include a free cold beverage. Consultations are 30-minute face-to-face sessions covering style options and hair growth advice. Newer services include hair coloring, which the salon's blog says two cosmetologists perform before braiding sessions, and facial waxing and tinting.

The salon also sells homemade natural hair and body oils in 4 oz bottles for $20 each, made with extra virgin olive oil, peppermint, tea tree and lavender. The salon says the oils help with dandruff and with keeping hair length.

The salon starts from the idea that beautiful hair begins with healthy hair, and says its services welcome all hair regardless of color, texture or gender.
